Sentosa Cove sits on a piece of land
117 ha in size (approximately 145 soccer fields) on the
eastern tip of Sentosa Island. It is broadly divided
into Northern Residential Development Area (referred to as
North Cove) and Southern Residential Development Area (South
Cove) with a commerical area at the centre where the Dolphin
Fountain gateway and ONE015 Marina Club is located.

courses (Serapong & Tanjung) on the left and the sea on
the right.
In the North Cove there is a mixed development called
Quayside Collections (by CDL) which will include commerical,
residential and hotel (launching soon) and 3 islands for
residential (from left to right) - Treasure Island, Paradize
Island & Coral Island which were all fully sold.
In the South Cove, there are 2 islands - Pearl Island (just
open for tender) on the left and Sandy Island (sold) on the
right.
When fully developed by 2010 it will house about 2500 units
comprising of apartments/condos and landed developments like
villas and bungalows.
With the announcement Genting's Sentosa's Resorts World
which will be completed by 2012 the concept of marina
waterfront living on Sentosa Island has truly come
alive. Resort's World which houses Asia's only
Universal Studio along with hundreds of retail-tainment
concepts and F&B outlets will add excitement to Sentosa
never before.

- Sentosa
Island is the only place in Singapore where foreigners
are allowed to buy landed properties. This
makes it the most interesting precinct where the world's

99-year leasehold
- All landed parcels for
individuals owners are fully soldout except the last 4
pieces in South Cove which are now up for tender.
- Typically each land parcel in the
size of 7500-8500 sqft for bungalows with a plot ratio
of 0.75-0.80 for up to 2-storey with an attic
- Individual owners are only
allowed to sell their bungalows upon T.O.P. (Temporary
Occupation Permit) ie. completion of development which
takes about 2 years. Currently landed on sale are
those in the North Cove which were sold earlier from
late 2004.
